WKU in England: Harlaxton (Semester Program)

Harlaxton College is located in Grantham, England, a small town about an hour north of London. The University of Evansville owns the 19th century manor, and WKU has a contract that allows students to study abroad there every semester. Most students choose to study at Harlaxton for a single semester, normally in their sophomore or junior year. Harlaxton's broad based curriculum allows students from most majors to choose a semester at Harlaxton which complements their field of study and, very often, helps fulfill several General Education requirements. Studying for a full 16 week semester allows students to take full advantage of all the travel, cultural immersion and personal growth opportunities that an extended study abroad experience can offer.

Courses

All Harlaxton semester sPlaying piano at Harlaxtontudents are required to take a 6 credit hour British Studies course and can choose 2-3 additional courses for a total of 12-15 credit hours.
